Refund policy

We hope you love your order! But if you don’t, we offer a simple return policy to make things easier for you.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage.
  • Items sent back without prior authorization or not meeting return conditions might be denied

🔁 Return Process

  1. Fill out the return form on the platform you made the purchase.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions along with a return label.
  3. Please mail it back within 15 days of receiving the return label
  4. A $7 flat fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping label.


🛑 Returns for orders placed on TikTok or Amazon must be submitted directly through the respective platforms, following their guidelines.

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (unless noted otherwise).
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable.

📦 Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, a reshipping fee will apply.

 

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

Please email us at support@irisandrainbow.com within 15 days of delivery for any defects or damages.

Include clear photos of the issue, with tags visible, and your order number.

Email subject: “Defective” or “Damaged”

We offer a 6-month warranty for manufacturer defects or quality-related issues.
