I’m a mama to three beautiful little boys and two sweet fur babies, and this journey of mine—like so many women’s—has been filled with both heartache and hope. It all began in the small, breathtaking country of Albania, where I grew up surrounded by a world that quietly, yet powerfully, taught me that unless I was a size 2, I somehow wasn’t enough. That I didn’t belong. That love, success, and happiness were reserved for someone thinner, someone “better.”

After I had my first child, the weight of that pressure became unbearable. I slipped into postpartum depression and with it, I lost nearly all the love I had left for myself. The mirror became my enemy, and my reflection a constant reminder of how I didn’t measure up. I spent years hiding—behind shame, behind the expectations of others, behind a version of myself that didn’t feel real. I was quiet, self-conscious, and utterly convinced I wasn’t worthy.

But one day, something in me shifted. It wasn’t dramatic. There was no big moment or grand epiphany. Just a quiet decision: to let go. To release the fear, the shame, the years of believing I wasn’t good enough simply because I didn’t fit someone else’s idea of beauty.

And from that moment of release, Iris & Rainbow Boutique was born in 2016. It was more than a shop—it was my self-revolution. A sanctuary for every woman who has ever felt unseen or unworthy. A space where all bodies are celebrated—big, small, curvy, soft, strong, and everything in between. A place where we can feel proud of our bumps, our rolls, our journeys.

Then in 2023, something amazing happened: we introduced our original long strap bag, designed with every kind of body in mind—and it went viral on TikTok Shop overnight. That little bag became a symbol of our mission: fashion that fits you, not the other way around. Since then, we’ve launched new styles almost weekly, created with love and inclusivity, and have been honored with milestones we never dreamed of—being the #1 ranked shop in the Luggage & Bags category, hosting TikTok’s first-ever live shopping event, speaking as a keynote at TikTok’s New York office, and more.
