Terms & Conditions

• Minimum wholesale order is $100 before shipping and taxes.
• All wholesale accounts require approval and a valid resale certificate.
• Resale certificates must remain current and valid. Updated documentation may be requested at any time.
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
• All wholesale sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
• Damaged, defective, or lost shipment claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.
• Photos are required for damaged or defective item claims.
• If tracking shows “delivered” but the package was not received, the retailer must open a claim with the shipping carrier. Iris & Rainbow may assist with supporting documentation when available.
• Approved claims may result in a refund, replacement, or account credit depending on the order and circumstances.
• Orders are typically processed within 5 business days.
• If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, it will be removed from the order and refunded.
• Products may only be resold through the retailer’s own physical store, website, or approved business channels.
• Retailers must sell Iris & Rainbow products at or above MSRP. Selling below MSRP is not permitted without prior written approval.
• Retailers are responsible for creating their own product photography.
• Iris & Rainbow® trademarks, logos, product images, and branded materials may not be copied or used without prior written authorization.
• Iris & Rainbow reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts that violate wholesale policies.
• Wholesale approval may be revoked if account requirements or resale policies are not followed.
• Wholesale prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• There is no maximum wholesale order amount.
• International orders may be accepted depending on destination and shipping availability.
• International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and destination-country fees.

Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are based on destination and total shipment weight. Rates may be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar. If shipping cannot be calculated at checkout, a separate shipping invoice will be sent after order confirmation. Shipping invoices must be paid within 2 business days. Unpaid orders will be canceled.
