Return Policy

We hope you love your order! But if you don’t, we offer a simple return policy to make things easier for you.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage.
• Items sent back without prior authorization or that do not meet return conditions may be denied

🔁 Return Process

1. Fill out the return form on the platform you made the purchase.
2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions along with a return label.
3. Please mail it back within 15 days of receiving the return label
4. A $7 flat fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping label.

🛑 Returns for orders placed on TikTok or Amazon must be submitted directly through the respective platforms, following their guidelines.

If you are having issues with an order placed on the website, I&R app, Facebook, or Instagram, email support@irisandrainbow.com and include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Shipping address

If having issues with order placed on TikTok or Amazon, please message us directly through the respective platforms.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (unless noted otherwise).
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable.

🚫 Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale and discounted items are final sale and non-returnable

📦 Wrong Address Disclaimer

• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
  
• If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, a reshipping fee will apply.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

Please email us at support@irisandrainbow.com within 15 days of delivery for any defects or damages.

Include clear photos of the issue and your order number.

Email subject: “Defective” or “Damaged”

We offer a 6-month warranty for manufacturer defects or quality-related issues.
