Shipping Info:
- Shipping is a $8.00 Flat Rate a day on orders under $150 and free shipping on all orders that are $150 +
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days. If 5 business days have passed and your tracking still hasn't updated, kindly email us at info@irisandrainbow.com and we will provide an updated status for you.
- We no longer offer Local Pickup

- Delays with USPS, UPS, FedEx shipping
- Once your package is scanned by USPS, UPS, or FedEx , Iris & Rainbow is no longer responsible in the event your package is lost, damaged, etc.Â
- International Duties or Customs charges
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages, please contact your local office ASAP.
- Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:Â
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do, however, understand mistakes happen, and we will try our best to help, so please make sure to send us an email ASAP at info@irisandrainbow.com. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.Â
- In cases that it is a Return To Sender package, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge to ship the package back out.
Returns & Exchanges:
- The CUSTOMER must contact Iris & Rainbow Boutique within 10 days of receipt of the item(s). Email us at info@irisandrainbow.com and we will respond back within the next business day authorizing your return or exchange.            Â
- Email us with your: name, order number, item name, or picture. Â
- We can only accept returns/exchanges that are still in the original condition meaning the item must be, unused/unworn, unwashed and all tags must still be attached. We will not accept any items with odors, pet hair, scratches or stains.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 3 business days of Iris & Rainbow being contacted regarding the return or exchange.
- Exchanges must be approved at the time of request before the item is sent back.Â

Intimates, Swimwear, Jewelry and Accessories:
Due to the hygienic nature of these items, intimates, swimwear, jewelry, hosiery, and accessories such as hats, belts, scarves, etc. are not returnable nor are they eligible for exchanges. All jewelry, accessories and bath & body items are FINAL SALE; no exceptions will be made. This also applies to couture pieces, they are FINAL sale.Â
- SALE ITEMS AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
- Returns are eligible for store credit ONLY! Â
- STORE CREDIT ONLY WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD VALID FOR 5 YEARS OR AS ACCOUNT CREDIT THROUGH THE APP. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDSÂ
- Please allow 7 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 3-5 business days for our return/exchange department to process your store credit or exchange.
- If you place an order and do not use your store credit, we cannot apply that credit afterward. If you have any issues with your credit, please email info@irisandrainbow.com before placing your order.
- Customers may return or exchange no more than a total of 14 items per year, the clock starts ticking in January.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Iris & Rainbow Boutique reserves the right to change this policy at any time without notice. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, AND NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED OUTSIDE OF THIS WINDOW.
- There are absolutely no exceptions to the above return and refund rules. If you simply ship back the items without notifying us, or not in the above mentioned conditions or time frames, be advised that you will not receive store credit or exchange.
DEFECTS OR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER?
- If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our warehouse within 15Â DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 15Â days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect purchased sizing.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS
- Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to info@irisandrainbow.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
- Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
- Include the first and last name on your Iris & Rainbow account, order #, and product name.
