Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, which means we’re unable to make changes or cancel once an order is placed.
We know mistakes happen, and if you reach out to us ASAP using the form below, we’ll do our best to help. While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll gladly make an exception if possible.
Do you offer local pickup?
We no longer offer local pickup.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping fee of $5.50 for domestic orders and $30 for international orders.
For domestic orders, shipping is free on purchases over $30.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. The email entered at checkout will be the same email order notifications are sent to.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We now offer expedited shipping. Any expedite shipment must be approved beforehand, so please email us with your full shipping address, the items and colors you’d like, and the date you need them to arrive.
We’ll send you an invoice, which must be paid within 1 hour of being sent to confirm that your order will arrive on time. Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling cost.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship outside of the United States. If the system allows you to place an order, it means we do ship to your country.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. However, more often than not our amazing team ships orders the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Issue with a product or order
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry to hear you’re having an issue with your order or product. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item at support@irisandrainbow.com.
Be sure to include your order number, the reason for contacting us, a photo of the packing slip, and a photo of the package.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at support@irisandrainbow.com with your name, order number, and item details. We will respond within one business day to authorize the return or exchange.
Who is responsible for shipping costs on returns?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Can I return or exchange items purchased on sale?
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
What if I receive an item as a gift and need to return or exchange it?
Gift items can be returned or exchanged following our standard return policy. Please provide the order number or purchaser's information when contacting us.
Do you offer refunds for returns?

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, but please note that actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa.
Do you offer installment payment options?
Yes, we offer installment payments through Sezzle, allowing you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments over six weeks.
Is there a minimum purchase amount for installment payments?
Yes, a minimum purchase of $25 is required to use Sezzle.
